# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450g) ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
09 - 1 cup beef broth
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
11 - 2 cups fresh spinach
12 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add olive oil and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
03 - Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
04 - Add the refrigerated cheese tortellini and beef broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked through.
05 - Stir in unsalted butter until melted.
06 - Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
07 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tortellini mixture and stir until well combined.
