Garlic Beef Pasta Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 ounces of rotini
02 - 4 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 lb of ground beef

→ Sauce

04 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
05 - 1 cup of thick cream
06 - 1 small scoop of butter
07 - 1 cup Parmesan, shredded

→ Seasonings & Garnish

08 - Some parsley, chopped, for topping
09 - Pepper and salt as needed
10 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (use if you want extra heat)
11 - 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the cream and Parmesan into the skillet. Melt the cheese and let it thicken for 3-5 mins. Stir in seasonings and spice.
02 - Toss cooked pasta into the pan. Coat well with the sauce, sprinkle parsley, and serve warm.
03 - Toss garlic into the pan and stir for 1-2 mins. Cook just until it smells amazing.
04 - Boil the rotini as per its package directions. Drain completely. Put aside for later.
05 - Brown the ground beef in a hot skillet with butter and oil. Stir occasionally for about 6-8 mins.

# Notes:

01 - For a cheesier taste, throw in extra Parmesan.
02 - Make it spicier by adding more crushed peppers.
