Garbage Bread Cheesy Rolls (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 lb bacon
02 - 1/2 yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 lb ground beef
04 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
05 - 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
06 - 2 cups gouda cheese, grated
07 - 1 can French bread dough (14 oz, can substitute pizza dough if needed)
08 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
09 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - In a nonstick frying pan over medium heat, crumble and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat, chop into small pieces, and set aside.
03 - In the same pan, add the ground beef and diced onion. Season with steak seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste, and cook for about 5-8 minutes until the beef is almost done.
04 - Stir in the diced bacon and green onions, then remove from heat.
05 - Roll out the French bread dough into a rectangular shape. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.
06 - Top the mixture with grated cheese, then roll the dough into a roulade while folding the edges to seal.
07 - Brush the top of the roulade with melted butter and bake until golden brown, approximately 20-25 minutes.
