Funfetti Cheesecake Duo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake Filling

01 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
02 - 2 Tbsp sour cream
03 - 1 large egg yolk
04 - 2 large whole eggs
05 - 1½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
06 - ⅔ cup white sugar
07 - 16 oz. cream cheese at room temp

→ Cake Batter

08 - ⅓ cup sour cream
09 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
10 - 2 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles
11 - 10 Tbsp softened unsalted butter
12 - ¼ tsp table salt
13 - 1 large whole egg
14 - 1½ tsp vanilla flavoring
15 - 1⅓ cups white sugar
16 - ½ tsp almond flavoring
17 - 3 large egg whites
18 - 2 tsp baking powder
19 - ⅔ cup milk

→ Icing

20 - ½ cup rainbow sprinkles (extra for decor)
21 - 16 oz. softened cream cheese
22 - 1 cup room-temp butter
23 - 3-3½ cups powdered sugar
24 - 1 Tbsp vanilla flavoring

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the cream cheese till smooth, stir in sugar and flour. Blend in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Bake at 325°F submerged halfway in a water-filled pan for 30-35 minutes. Freeze overnight for best results.
02 - Blend together your dry ingredients. Cream the butter and sugar in another bowl, then blend in eggs. Alternate adding the dry mix with the milk and sour cream. Gently fold in sprinkles before baking at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes.
03 - Combine softened butter and cream cheese. Slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla while mixing on low. Once fluffy, gently fold in sprinkles before using.
04 - Start with a cake round, add frosting, then the cheesecake layer. Spread frosting on again, top it with the last cake layer. Cover the whole thing with frosting and finish with some sprinkles on top.
