Fudgy Strawberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 box of Brownie Mix (for 8x8 inch pan)
02 - 1 pound fresh strawberries, tops removed and cut in half

→ Ganache

03 - 1½ cups chocolate chips (semi sweet)
04 - ¾ cup heavy cream (add extra if needed, up to 1 cup)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix and bake the brownies following box directions in your 8x8 pan. Let them cool all the way.
02 - Place the strawberry halves on top of cooled brownies with cut surfaces facing upward.
03 - Warm the chocolate and cream in your microwave using brief bursts, making sure to stir after each until it's completely melted and shiny.
04 - Drizzle the melted chocolate over the fruit. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up. Enjoy within 24 hours.
