Put parchment paper into a 9-inch square pan so you can pull the treat out easily when it's ready.

Toss the marshmallow fluff, dry cake mix, and white chocolate chips into a large mixing bowl and set it aside for later.

In a pot, mix together the butter, cream, sugar, and salt. Set it on medium heat and stir until you see bubbles forming.

When it’s boiling steadily, stir nonstop for 4 minutes. Use a timer so you don’t lose track.

Pour the bubbling mix into the bowl with the chocolate chips and cake mix. Beat gently until melted, then fold in most of the sprinkles.

Transfer the mix into the prepared pan and sprinkle the leftover sprinkles across the surface quickly.

Leave it alone to fully set for at least 4 hours before touching or cutting.
