                Combine sugar and water in a big pot, bring it to a boil over high heat, and stir now and then until you can’t see any sugar grains. This takes about 3-5 minutes.

                Take the pot off the heat. Pour in cranberry juice, orange juice, and the lemonade concentrate. Stir until the concentrate has melted down. You’ll end up with roughly 4 quarts of liquid.

                Let the juice mix cool completely. Next, pour it into a freezer-safe container with a sealable lid. Freeze overnight.

                Use a fork to scrape and break the frozen mix into slush. Fill a lowball glass with about 1 cup of the slush mixture. Top it off with the cherry soda. Decorate with fresh cranberries and orange slices before handing it over.
