Hamburger Fried Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rice and Sauce

01 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
02 - 3/4 cup beef broth (warm) or water
03 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 4 cups jasmine rice, already cooked
06 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
07 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dark mushroom soy sauce

→ Main Ingredients

08 - 4 eggs
09 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
10 - 8 ounces ground beef (20% fat)
11 - 1 cup peas, frozen
12 - 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
13 - 1 scallion, sliced up
14 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
15 - 1 medium onion, cut into small cubes

→ Sweet Soy Sauce

16 - 3 tablespoons boiling water
17 - 1 teaspoon sugar
18 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Stir soy sauces, oyster sauce, sesame oil, beef broth, and black pepper together in a small dish.
02 - Break up the rice to loosen any clumps. Fluff it up.
03 - Heat up the wok, toss in oil, and cook the beef until it's browned. Mix in the onions, garlic, and Shaoxing wine until the onions are soft.
04 - Stir in the sauce, rice, and peas. Keep stir-frying until everything's hot. Add scallions last.
05 - Cook the eggs separately. Plate the rice, put the eggs on top, and drizzle with the sweet soy sauce mixture to serve.
