Fried Cabbage Bacon Onion Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
02 - 4-6 slices of bacon, chopped
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced
04 - 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
02 - Add the sliced onion into the skillet and sauté until translucent.
03 - Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
04 - Toss the chopped cabbage into the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat until the cabbage is wilted and tender, stirring occasionally.
05 - Add the crispy bacon back into the skillet, mix well to combine all ingredients, and serve warm.
