Fresh Chopped Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon honey
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
06 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
07 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

→ Salad

08 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
09 - 1/2 cup candied pecans, roughly chopped
10 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries
11 - 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
12 - 1/2 cup red onion, diced
13 - 1 medium Honeycrisp apple, diced
14 - 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
15 - 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Stir olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Set it aside for later use.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the lettuce, apples, pomegranate arils, feta cheese, chicken, red onion, cranberries, and pecans.
03 - Pour the dressing on top and mix gently just before you dig in.

# Notes:

01 - Add dressing right before eating so the greens stay crunchy.
02 - Both homemade or purchased candied pecans work great.
