Fresh Bruschetta Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces of crumbled feta cheese.
02 - 4 small Roma tomatoes.
03 - A pinch of salt, adjust as needed.
04 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, divided.
05 - 1/2 cup of sour cream.
06 - 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
07 - 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil leaves.
08 - 1-2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar.
09 - 4 ounces of cream cheese.
10 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil, split in half.
11 - Grated Parmesan cheese for topping.
12 - Crushed red pepper flakes to sprinkle on top.
13 - A few extra basil leaves to decorate.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend cream cheese, feta, sour cream, garlic, lemon, oil, and a little salt into a smooth paste.
02 - Chop tomatoes and combine with basil, garlic, vinegar, oil, and some salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
03 - Spread your cheese mixture onto a platter, then add the tomato mixture on top.
04 - Dust with Parmesan, some red pepper flakes, and a few bits of basil.
