Garlic Chicken French Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skin removed
02 - 40 whole garlic cloves, peeled but not chopped
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Seasonings

04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ¼ teaspoon pepper
06 - ½ teaspoon cumin
07 - 1 teaspoon dill, fresh
08 - ½ teaspoon thyme, dried

→ Liquids and Garnish

09 - ½ cup white wine
10 - ½ cup chicken broth, low sodium
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven to 375℉. Cut chicken thighs in half after drying them with paper towels.
02 - Warm oil in Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Cook chicken pieces until golden on each side. Set aside on a plate.
03 - Toss garlic and all seasonings into the pan. Pour in wine and let it bubble away for 2 minutes. Add broth and mix well.
04 - Put chicken back in the pan. Pop in the oven with the lid on for 20 minutes. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve with rice or pasta.
