# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin thoroughly or line with paper liners to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Gradually whisk in the water until a smooth batter forms. Stir in the olive oil and chopped fresh herbs.
04 - Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
