Fast Food Crunchwrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Spiced Meat

01 - 1 teaspoon paprika (ground)
02 - A pinch of black pepper and kosher salt
03 - 1 pound of minced beef
04 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin
05 - 1 teaspoon chili powder

→ Filling & Wrap

06 - 4 tostadas
07 - 8 jumbo tortillas made with flour
08 - ½ cup of cheesy nacho dip
09 - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
10 - 1 cup of sour cream
11 - 2 handfuls of shredded lettuce
12 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
13 - 1 cup Monterey Jack, grated
14 - 1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook the beef with seasonings for about 6 minutes until browned fully. Drain any grease and set aside.
02 - Using one tostada shell as a guide, cut 4 smaller tortilla circles from the larger tortillas.
03 - Place the cooked beef, nacho cheese, a tostada, sour cream, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and both cheeses on a large tortilla. Add the smaller tortilla cutout on top and fold the edges inward.
04 - In a skillet with hot oil, cook the folded wraps until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
