Chilled Lobster Pasta Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 16 ounces cooked lobster chunks, harvested from 4 (1-1/4 lb) complete lobsters or 4 (4 oz) tails

→ Produce

02 - 1/2 cup diced celery with leaves
03 - 1/4 cup fresh chives
04 - 1/4 cup minced red onion

→ Pasta and Seasonings

05 - 8 ounces cavatappi pasta
06 - 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus extra for pasta water

→ Dressing

08 - 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
09 - 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - For raw lobster, steam until tender. Cut cooked lobster into chunky 1-inch pieces.
02 - Boil cavatappi in salty water, going 1-2 minutes beyond the box directions to get a softer bite. Cool under cold water after draining.
03 - Toss together the lobster chunks, celery, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, chives, red onion, celery salt and kosher salt in a big bowl.
04 - Stir in the cold pasta with your lobster mix. Let it chill completely before you dish it up.

01 - Yields 10 cups total, good for 1 cup side portions

03 - Dried chives work too (just use 1 tablespoon)
