Easy Taco Mac for Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground turkey or beef
02 - 10 ounces Ro-Tel (canned chopped tomatoes with green chilies, undrained)
03 - 1 cup chicken or beef broth
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - 8 ounces tomato sauce
06 - 1 ounce taco seasoning
07 - 1 1/2 cups gluten-free elbow noodles
08 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey or beef over medium heat. Drain off any grease.
02 - Add the undrained can of Ro-Tel, broth, milk, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning.
03 - Increase heat to medium-high until the mixture begins to simmer.
04 - Stir in noodles, reduce heat to low, cover, and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes.
05 - When noodles are tender, stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
