Chewy S'mores Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1 cup softened unsalted butter
02 - 1/2 cup white sugar
03 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
07 - 2 cups plain flour
08 - 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
10 - 1 cup milk chocolate chunks

→ Toppings

11 - 4 graham cracker sheets, broken up
12 - 5 ounces milk chocolate, in squares
13 - 2 cups marshmallows (mini size)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened butter with sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Gradually stir in flour, crushed graham crackers, salt, and baking soda. Gently fold in the chocolate chunks. Let it chill for an hour before using.
02 - Turn the oven to 350°F. Chop up the chocolate bars into squares, and break the graham crackers into chunks.
03 - Drop around 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie onto a tray lined with parchment or a non-stick mat. Bake for about 10 minutes, watching for a light golden color.
04 - Lay the warm cookies with chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker pieces on top. If you like, broil it for 1-2 minutes to toast the marshmallows.

01 - Make sure dough chills in the fridge for a full hour.
02 - Broil marshmallows briefly for extra toastiness.
