                Set your oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper, then spray it with cooking spray.

                Blend the hazelnut flour and melted butter together. Push it all into the pan evenly. Bake for about 8 minutes.

                Stir together the hazelnut spread and condensed milk until smooth. Spread it over the crust, then layer the chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and hazelnuts on top.

                Pop it in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or till it’s golden brown around the edges.

                Let everything cool down completely. Once cool, slice into 32 bars.
