                Take a fork and gently press down on the raspberries and blackberries until they’re broken up but still a little lumpy.

                In a mixing bowl, stir the yogurt, almond milk, and smashed berries until everything is mixed evenly and there’s a smooth texture.

                Divide the mixture into ice cube trays, filling each section about three-quarters of the way. Place the trays in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until completely hardened.

                Once frozen solid, pop the yogurt cubes out and store them in a freezer bag or an airtight container for later.
