Frozen Berry Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz of yogurt with a strawberry flavor
02 - Half a cup of fresh blackberries
03 - Half a cup of ripe raspberries
04 - 2 tbsp of almond milk

# Instructions:

01 - Take a fork and gently press down on the raspberries and blackberries until they’re broken up but still a little lumpy.
02 - In a mixing bowl, stir the yogurt, almond milk, and smashed berries until everything is mixed evenly and there’s a smooth texture.
03 - Divide the mixture into ice cube trays, filling each section about three-quarters of the way. Place the trays in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until completely hardened.
04 - Once frozen solid, pop the yogurt cubes out and store them in a freezer bag or an airtight container for later.

# Notes:

01 - If you’re planning to store these for a while, make sure to use a freezer-proof bag or container to protect them from freezer burn.
02 - You can switch up the berries or try different yogurt flavors to make it your own!
