Peel the cucumber, leaving strips of peeling on the long side if desired. Slice into 24 equally sized pieces and arrange on a serving tray.

Fill a plastic zipper bag with hummus, seal, and snip off a corner to form a piping bag. Pipe hummus evenly onto each cucumber slice.

Place fresh cilantro leaves on top of the hummus or sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Cut grape tomatoes in half lengthwise or diagonally as preferred. Top each cucumber slice with a half tomato.

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds evenly over the cucumber bites. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time. For best results, consume within 24 hours.
