Creamy Caramel Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons butter.
02 - 1/4 cup water.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 1 cup sugar.
05 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - In a small pan on medium heat, stir water and sugar until it's melted. Swirl the pan gently and let the sugar change to a golden brown shade.
02 - Carefully mix in heavy cream. It’ll foam up a lot! Keep whisking until it’s all smooth and combined.
03 - Blend butter and vanilla extract into the mixture. Use however you like.

# Notes:

01 - Toss in 1 teaspoon of sea salt at the end to make salty caramel.
