Creamy Beef Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
02 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 lb ground beef.
07 - 6 oz egg noodles.
08 - 1/4 cup butter.
09 - 1/4 cup flour.
10 - 1 1/4 cups milk.
11 - 1 cup beef broth.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the noodles following the instructions on the package and set aside.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a pan until it's fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain extra fat if necessary.
03 - In the same pan, melt butter, then stir in flour. Let it cook for a couple of minutes.
04 - Slowly whisk in broth and then milk. Keep stirring until it thickens, which should take about 7 to 10 minutes.
05 - Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
06 - Combine the cooked beef, noodles, and sour cream into the sauce. Heat everything until warmed through.

# Notes:

01 - Go for lean beef to skip draining.
02 - Don't use more than 6 ounces of noodles.
03 - Greek yogurt works as a replacement.
