Easy Candy Chocolates (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 oz of Ghirardelli's dark chocolate melting wafers.
02 - 1 thawed tub (8 oz) of Cool Whip.
03 - 2 bags (11 oz each) of milk chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab some parchment for an 8-inch square pan and set it up.
02 - Leave the melted chocolate out until it’s cool to the touch, roughly 20 minutes.
03 - Stir together the Cool Whip with the cooled chocolate gently until it’s blended.
04 - Zap the chocolate chips in the microwave for 60 seconds, stir, then heat another 30.
05 - Pop it in the freezer for half an hour.
06 - Pour the chocolate blend into the prepped pan.
07 - Slice it into 36 even pieces.
08 - Place the squares on a parchment-lined sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes.
09 - Follow the bag’s directions to melt your chocolate wafers.
10 - Coat the frozen pieces in the melted chocolate, then leave them to set on parchment.
11 - Store in the freezer until you're ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - You can roll these as truffles instead of cutting squares.
02 - Using a high-quality chocolate like Ghirardelli makes these taste better.
03 - They’ve got a flavor similar to Three Musketeers.
04 - They’re best eaten chilled.
05 - They’ll be fine in the freezer for up to a month.
06 - Don’t worry if you see tiny chocolate spots while mixing.
