# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons butter
02 - 6 eggs
03 - 1 cup milk
04 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - pinch of cinnamon
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the butter into pats and arrange them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and place the dish in the oven until the butter melts.
02 - In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
03 - Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Bake for 22 minutes or until the edges are puffed and lightly browned.
04 - Cut into slices and serve. Optionally, top with powdered sugar, syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruits.
