Tuscan Cream Chicken Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 lbs farm-raised chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon mineral salt
04 - 2 teaspoons Multi-Spice Mix

→ Sauce

05 - 4 tablespoons plain butter
06 - 1 tablespoon cold-pressed olive oil
07 - 4 garlic cloves, diced
08 - 1½ tablespoons Italian Love Magic mix
09 - 1 teaspoon mineral salt
10 - 1½ cups farm-fresh heavy cream
11 - 1 cup natural chicken broth
12 - 3 tablespoons cooking white wine
13 - ½ lemon, squeezed fresh
14 - 1 cup newly-shredded parmesan
15 - 1 tablespoon sun-ripened tomato paste
16 - 1-2 cups tiny cherry or grape tomatoes
17 - 1 cup fresh kale, cut up

# Instructions:

01 - Toss chicken with salt and Multi-Spice Mix in a bowl. Rest for 5-10 minutes.
02 - Put butter in pan and cook garlic till it smells good. Brown the chicken about 3-4 minutes each side. Take out and set on plate.
03 - Using the same pan, throw in oil, spices, and tomato paste. Pour in cream, broth, wine, and fresh lemon juice. Stir in parmesan and mix until it gets thick.
04 - Toss in kale and tomatoes. Put chicken back and let it bubble for 15-20 minutes until meat is done, spooning sauce over it now and then.
