Crispy Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 wings (around 2 pounds).
02 - About ½ cup of plain flour.
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
04 - A teaspoon of chili powder.
05 - 2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
06 - Salt and black pepper as you like.
07 - A sprinkle of garlic powder (½ teaspoon).
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder.
09 - A light layer of olive oil spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Dry the wings with a towel, then toss them in a bowl.
02 - In a bowl, combine the flour and spices, then coat the wings thoroughly.
03 - Lay wings on a baking tray with parchment, then lightly spray with oil.
04 - Bake for 20 minutes, flip, spray again, and bake another 10 minutes until crispy and safely cooked through (165°F inside).

# Notes:

01 - Try using an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
02 - For crunchier wings, always pat them dry beforehand.
03 - Spice levels can be adjusted to suit your taste.
