Tater Tot Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Four strips of cooked bacon, crumbled.
02 - 48-60 frozen tater tots.
03 - 2 green onion tops, sliced thin.
04 - Half a cup of sour cream.
05 - 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F and lightly coat a muffin tin with cooking spray.
02 - Drop 2-3 tots into each mini cup or 4-5 for bigger ones.
03 - Move to the bottom oven rack and cook for 10 minutes.
04 - Use a well-oiled shot glass to press tots into cups. Let them bake another 15 minutes till golden brown.
05 - Spoon cheese into each cup and melt it in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
06 - Pile on bacon bits, a dollop of sour cream, and the onion slices. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - You can make them ahead of time and warm them up later.
02 - Stays good in the fridge for up to 5 days.
03 - Reheat in the oven set to 350°F.
