Air Fryer Crab Rangoon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 30 wonton wrappers in squares.
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 4 oz of crab meat, fresh or imitation.
04 - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
05 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions.
06 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
07 - Cooking spray that won't stick.
08 - 1/4 cup soy sauce as a dipping option.
09 - 1 tablespoon vinegar, like rice wine.
10 - Sprinkle of red pepper flakes for topping.
11 - Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together crab, cream cheese, green onions, and soy sauce until smooth and combined.
02 - Add a dollop of filling to the middle of a wrapper, dampen edges, and fold corners up to seal.
03 - Air fry at 350°F for about 6 minutes or until crispy and golden.
04 - Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and sesame seeds on it.
05 - Let them cool slightly and dig in with the sauce right after.

# Notes:

01 - Each batch makes 6 to 7 wontons.
02 - Can be prepped a day earlier.
03 - Tastes best eaten fresh!
