Crispy Chickpeas Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil.
02 - 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon chili seasoning.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 1 teaspoon za'atar spice mix.
06 - 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
08 - 2 teaspoons freshly chopped thyme.
09 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
11 - 1 (15-ounce) can of chickpeas, washed and dried.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt.
13 - 1 teaspoon shredded Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your air fryer to 390°F and let it warm up for 10 minutes.
02 - Rinse and dry chickpeas completely, and remove any loose skins you can spot.
03 - Blend the oil with the seasoning combo of your choice, then toss until the chickpeas are coated throughout.
04 - Fry for about 8–10 minutes, checking if they need another minute or three to crisp up nicely.
05 - Taste one, adjust the flavors if necessary, and serve right away while they're crunchy.
