Crispy Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed oregano
02 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
04 - 1 can of refried beans
05 - 1 cup shredded cheese (use Mexican blend or cheddar)
06 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
07 - 1/2 cup your favorite salsa
08 - 1 teaspoon chili powder

→ Assembly

09 - 6 large tortillas (flour-based)
10 - 3 tablespoons of oil (canola or vegetable works)

→ Toppings

11 - Serve with guacamole
12 - Add sour cream if you like
13 - A side of salsa is great for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Sauté chicken breasts in a pan over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Let them rest, then chop up.
02 - In a big bowl, mix together the chicken, cheese, green onions, refried beans, salsa, and all the spices.
03 - Add about 1/2 cup of the mix to the middle of a tortilla. Wrap it up burrito-style by folding the ends in and rolling it up tight.
04 - Brush chimichangas with some oil and bake in the oven at 400°F for 25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
05 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the chimichangas seam-side down and fry, flipping every few seconds, until the whole thing is golden.
