Crispy Cheese Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 sticks of mozzarella string cheese.
02 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning.
03 - 1 cup plain flour.
04 - 2 eggs, large.
05 - 1/4 cup of milk.
06 - Cayenne pepper, optional for spice.
07 - Cooking oil for frying.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice each mozzarella stick into small, snackable chunks.
02 - In three bowls: whisk eggs with milk in one, fill another with flour, and breadcrumbs in the last.
03 - Dust cheese chunks with flour. Dip them in egg wash, then coat fully in breadcrumbs. Lay them on a plate for now.
04 - Add oil about 2 inches high in a skillet and bring it up to 350°F. A wooden spoon dipped in it should show small bubbles if it's ready.
05 - Fry a few pieces at a time (5-7) for half a minute until golden. Don’t let them touch. Drain on paper towels as you go.
06 - Eat right away while they’re still warm. Marinara sauce on the side is a tasty addition, if you like.

01 - Make sure to serve fast while the cheese is gooey.
02 - Fry in small amounts to avoid them sticking together.
