Combine blue cheese, yogurt, mayo, hot sauce, and a bit of pepper. Chill it.

Break cauliflower into small pieces, keeping them about 1 1/2 inches wide.

Sprinkle cauliflower florets with garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Toss to coat completely.

First dunk in egg mixed with water. Then cover in breadcrumbs thoroughly.
