Crispy Cauliflower Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 head of cauliflower.
02 - 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.
04 - 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
08 - Pinch of ground black pepper.
09 - Dash of hot sauce.
10 - 2 eggs, large.
11 - 1/4 cup of water.
12 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
13 - Nonstick spray.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine blue cheese, yogurt, mayo, hot sauce, and a bit of pepper. Chill it.
02 - Break cauliflower into small pieces, keeping them about 1 1/2 inches wide.
03 - Sprinkle cauliflower florets with garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Toss to coat completely.
04 - First dunk in egg mixed with water. Then cover in breadcrumbs thoroughly.
05 - Put florets into the fryer at 350°F, cooking 7 minutes for each side till golden.
06 - Serve hot with the blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can oven-cook at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes instead of air frying.
02 - Tastes the best if eaten right after cooking.
03 - Use small batches when frying to make them extra crispy.
