Crispy Beef Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Grate 4 medium-sized potatoes.
02 - Beat 2 large eggs.
03 - Shred 2½ cups of mozzarella.
04 - Add salt and pepper as you'd like.
05 - Finely chop 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley.
06 - Use ½ pound of ground beef.
07 - Dice 1 large onion.
08 - Mince 1 garlic clove.
09 - Spoon 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
10 - Chop up 2 large tomatoes.
11 - Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
12 - Measure 1 teaspoon of paprika.
13 - Pour in ¼ cup of tomato sauce.
14 - Add ½ cup of water to the mixture.
15 - Serve with plain yogurt on the side.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine grated potatoes, eggs, parsley, seasonings, and 1 cup of cheese. Lay it out on parchment below 1 cup of mozzarella.
02 - Bake in the oven at 350°F for about half an hour, or until both the potatoes and edges get golden.
03 - Sauté garlic and onions until soft. Toss in the beef and cook until it's no longer pink. Stir in diced tomatoes, seasonings, tomato sauce, paste, and water. Let it sit and simmer for 15 minutes.
04 - Spread out the meat filling over the potato base. Use any leftover cheese to cover it, then roll it into a log carefully.
05 - Bake for another 15 minutes. Give it 5-10 minutes to rest before carefully slicing it up to serve.

01 - Press the grated potatoes firmly to ensure it holds together.
02 - Cool the base a bit before you roll it up.
