Crispy Avocado Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 firm avocados, not overly ripe.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper.
03 - 2 large eggs, whisked lightly.
04 - 1 cup crispy panko crumbs.
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, finely shredded.
06 - Cooking spray, for greasing.
07 - A pinch of coarse salt (if you want).
08 - Fresh lime juice to taste (optional).
09 - 2 tablespoons hot sriracha sauce.
10 - 1/2 cup creamy bottled ranch.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut avocados in half, remove seeds, and scoop the flesh out carefully. Slice each half into five long pieces.
02 - Mix together Parmesan, panko, and pepper in one bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate dish.
03 - Dunk the avocado slices in the egg mixture first, then press into the panko until coated all over.
04 - Spray the air fryer basket with oil, arrange avocado pieces in one layer, and cook at 350°F. Flip them after 3 minutes, then cook another 3 minutes until deep golden.
05 - Combine the sriracha and ranch in a tiny bowl. Stir thoroughly.
06 - Leave the fries to cool slightly. Dust with lime and sprinkle with salt if desired. Pair with the spicy ranch sauce and enjoy fresh.

# Notes:

01 - Avocado fries cooked in the air fryer are creamy inside with a crunchy panko crust. They're best savored straight from the fryer.
02 - No air fryer? Bake these on a tray in your oven at 350°F for about 10-12 minutes until crispy and browned.
