                Use the big holes on your box grater to shred the peeled potatoes.

                Put the shredded potatoes in a bowl of cool water. Rinse them several times until the water looks clear. Drain completely.

                Lay potatoes on paper towels and pat them until fully dry.

                Toss the dried shredded potatoes in a large bowl with garlic powder, paprika, a sprinkle of salt, and some pepper.

                Coat the basket of the air fryer with nonstick spray.

                Place the seasoned potatoes in the fryer, spray a light coat of oil, and cook them at 350°F for about 8 minutes.

                Take out the basket, gently stir the potatoes, and separate any large pieces.

                Cook them for another 6–8 minutes until golden and really crispy.

                Place the finished hash browns on a plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives. Goes perfectly with eggs!
