Crispy Air Hash Browns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Grated Yukon potatoes, 2 cups.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
03 - Dash of black pepper, about 1/8 tsp.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
06 - Sprayable nonstick oil.
07 - A handful of parsley or chives to top it off.

# Instructions:

01 - Use the big holes on your box grater to shred the peeled potatoes.
02 - Put the shredded potatoes in a bowl of cool water. Rinse them several times until the water looks clear. Drain completely.
03 - Lay potatoes on paper towels and pat them until fully dry.
04 - Toss the dried shredded potatoes in a large bowl with garlic powder, paprika, a sprinkle of salt, and some pepper.
05 - Coat the basket of the air fryer with nonstick spray.
06 - Place the seasoned potatoes in the fryer, spray a light coat of oil, and cook them at 350°F for about 8 minutes.
07 - Take out the basket, gently stir the potatoes, and separate any large pieces.
08 - Cook them for another 6–8 minutes until golden and really crispy.
09 - Place the finished hash browns on a plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives. Goes perfectly with eggs!

# Notes:

01 - You don’t have to preheat your air fryer, but check your manual if you're unsure.
02 - Rinse the potatoes in a bowl. Using a colander works, but some bits might fall through.
