Scrub limes clean with soap and a brush or the rough side of a sponge to remove any waxy coating from the peel.

Cut off the ends of the limes and roughly chop them, leaving the peel on.

Add half the limes, half the water, and half the sugar to a blender or large food processor. Blend for 10-15 seconds.

Use a mesh strainer to strain the blended mixture into a pitcher, discarding the pulp.

Repeat the blending and straining process with the second half of the ingredients.

Stir the sweetened condensed milk into the pitcher until smooth.
