                Add cream cheese, garlic salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive brine from the jar to a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth, then chill for 30 minutes or until firm.

                Pat an olive dry, scoop out a portion of the chilled cream cheese mixture, and press it around the olive until completely wrapped.

                Roll the wrapped olive in crushed walnuts to coat.

                Repeat wrapping and coating process with the remaining olives, then place them in the refrigerator to chill until firm.

                Optionally slice the olives in half before serving. Enjoy!
