Cream Cheese Wrapped Olives (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 jar green olives (pimento or garlic stuffed, if desired)
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
04 - 1/2 cup walnuts, crushed

# Instructions:

01 - Add cream cheese, garlic salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive brine from the jar to a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth, then chill for 30 minutes or until firm.
02 - Pat an olive dry, scoop out a portion of the chilled cream cheese mixture, and press it around the olive until completely wrapped.
03 - Roll the wrapped olive in crushed walnuts to coat.
04 - Repeat wrapping and coating process with the remaining olives, then place them in the refrigerator to chill until firm.
05 - Optionally slice the olives in half before serving. Enjoy!
