                Open the crushed pineapple and drain, reserving the juice. Pour the reserved pineapple juice into a 4-cup measuring container. Add orange juice to the pineapple juice, then add enough cold water to bring the total volume to 3 cups. Pour the mixture into a large saucepan.

                Place the saucepan over high heat and bring the liquid to a boil. Remove from heat immediately.

                Whisk in the raspberry gelatin until completely dissolved, approximately 2 minutes.

                Add the whole berry cranberry sauce and stir until well combined. The mixture should begin to thicken slightly.

                Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, until slightly thickened.

                Stir in the crushed pineapple, chopped apple, orange zest, and chopped walnuts or pecans. Mix thoroughly.

                Pour the mixture into a serving bowl or mold. Chill for approximately 4 hours, or until completely firm. Serve and enjoy.
