Cinnamon Banana Loaf (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 6 bananas, fully ripe, mashed up roughly
02 - 1 cup (200g) white sugar
03 - 2 eggs, large-sized
04 - ⅓ cup (75g) unsalted butter, at room temp
05 - ¼ cup (61g) milk
06 - 2 cups (250g) plain all-purpose flour
07 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
08 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
09 - ½ teaspoon of kosher salt
10 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

→ Topping

11 - 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
12 - 2 tablespoons sugar

# Let's Cook:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Get a 9-inch loaf pan ready.
02 - Stir the butter, milk, and sugar together in a big bowl. Beat in the eggs and bananas.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
04 - Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet one. Don’t overdo it.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Mix the topping sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle it on top, and bake for an hour. Check with a toothpick – it should come out with crumbs, not wet batter.

# Cook's Notes:

01 - Try not to mix the batter too much
02 - Stick a toothpick into the bread to see if it's done baking
