# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 tablespoon honey
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
06 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or large plate to form clusters. This will yield about 10 clusters.
03 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze until the clusters are completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
04 - Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
05 - Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate using a spoon to ensure an even coating. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt.
06 - Place the clusters back onto the prepared baking sheet and freeze for a few minutes to harden the chocolate. Serve and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the melted chocolate is fully smooth before coating the clusters for a clean and even finish.
