Put sugar, butter, and milk in a big pot. Heat until it boils. Keep stirring for a minute before taking it off the heat.

Stir in everything else quickly, making sure it’s all blended evenly.

Use a scoop to drop dough onto baking sheets lined with foil or wax paper. Wait 5-10 minutes for them to cool and harden.
