No-Bake Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups oats (use old-fashioned or cut back by 1/4 cup if using quick oats).
02 - 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth).
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
04 - 2 cups white sugar.
05 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder.
06 - 1/2 cup butter or margarine.
07 - 1/2 cup whole milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Put sugar, butter, and milk in a big pot. Heat until it boils. Keep stirring for a minute before taking it off the heat.
02 - Stir in everything else quickly, making sure it’s all blended evenly.
03 - Use a scoop to drop dough onto baking sheets lined with foil or wax paper. Wait 5-10 minutes for them to cool and harden.

01 - For smoother prep, measure everything out ahead of time.
02 - Cut oats by 1/4 cup if you’re using quick oats instead.
