Layered Chocolate Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 30 pieces of Oreo cookies
02 - ½ cup (113g) of melted butter, unsalted

→ Brownie Layer

03 - 1½ cups (187.5g) of regular-purpose flour
04 - ⅓ cup (42g) of cocoa powder that isn’t sweetened
05 - ¼ teaspoon of kosher salt
06 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
07 - 4 room-temperature large eggs
08 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
09 - ¾ cup (170g) of softened, unsalted butter
10 - 2 cups (400g) of white granulated sugar

→ Chocolate Mousse Layer

11 - 2 cups (490g) of whole milk
12 - 1 package (3.9 ounces) of instant chocolate pudding powder
13 - ½ cup (62.5g) of powdered sugar
14 - A whole jar (11.75 ounces) of chocolate fudge topping
15 - 16 ounces of whipped topping, split in half

# Instructions:

01 - Get the oven ready by setting it at 350°F. Use some non-stick spray to coat a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Crush the Oreos until they’re just crumbs, keep ¼ cup aside for later. Mix the rest with melted butter and press the mix into the pan.
03 - Stir all dry ingredients together. Beat the eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla until fluffy, then combine with the dry mix. Smooth it over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes, just until the middle is set.
04 - Whisk together milk, pudding mix, and powdered sugar until it’s soft and thick. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping, then spread it over the cooled brownies.
05 - Pop it in the fridge for 1-1½ hours. Spread the hot fudge on top, add the rest of the whipped topping and sprinkle with the cookie crumbs you set aside.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the brownie layer is completely cool before adding the mousse part.
02 - Keep it cold in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
