Almond Joy Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of ice.
02 - 1½ cups of either almond or coconut milk, unsweetened.
03 - ¼ cup of raw almond pieces.
04 - 1 frozen banana, cut into two pieces.
05 - ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
06 - A cup of fresh spinach leaves.
07 - 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut, plain.
08 - A teaspoon of coconut flavoring (optional).
09 - Optional: 2 tablespoons of honey or any other sweetener you'd like.

# Instructions:

01 - Stack the ingredients into your blender in any order you're comfortable with.
02 - Run the blender on medium for about 50 seconds, or until it's fully mixed and smooth.
03 - Take a quick taste. If it needs a little more sweetness, add some and blend just a bit more.

# Notes:

01 - For a stronger coconut taste, go with coconut milk.
02 - Sweeteners should be added little by little, so you don't overdo it.
03 - Spinach is key for nutrients, and you won't even taste it.
