White Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Optional extracts for flavoring.
02 - Optional toppings to sprinkle over.
03 - Around 3/4 cup (100-130 grams) of optional add-ins like nuts or dried fruit.
04 - 16 ounces (340 grams) of white chocolate chips, wafers, or a chopped bar.

# Instructions:

01 - Use parchment or wax paper to line a big baking sheet.
02 - Put the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it on High for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until it's melted and smooth.
03 - Toss in roasted nuts, dried fruit, or any other fillings you’re using. Add flavor extracts if you like and give it all a good mix.
04 - Pour the mixture of white chocolate onto the baking sheet you prepped earlier, smoothing it out into a thin, flat layer about 1/4 inch thick.
05 - Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the chocolate and press them gently so they stick to the surface. A pinch of fine sea salt can be added, too, if you want.
06 - Chill the baking sheet in the fridge until firm, which should take 20-30 minutes. Break into smaller chunks once it’s hardened.

# Notes:

01 - Dark, milk, or semi-sweet chocolate can be swapped in.
02 - Toast any nuts before adding them.
03 - You can pick from all sorts of toppings like dried fruit, candy, sprinkles, zest, or nuts.
04 - Flavor extracts like peppermint, vanilla, orange, or rum work great.
