Use parchment or wax paper to line a big baking sheet.

Put the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it on High for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until it's melted and smooth.

Toss in roasted nuts, dried fruit, or any other fillings you’re using. Add flavor extracts if you like and give it all a good mix.

Pour the mixture of white chocolate onto the baking sheet you prepped earlier, smoothing it out into a thin, flat layer about 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the chocolate and press them gently so they stick to the surface. A pinch of fine sea salt can be added, too, if you want.

Chill the baking sheet in the fridge until firm, which should take 20-30 minutes. Break into smaller chunks once it’s hardened.
