Chicken Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz canned crescent roll dough, two packs.
02 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup diced peppers or chopped spinach (optional).
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - Pinch of salt and some black pepper.
09 - 1 beaten egg, for brushing tops.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it heat up.
02 - Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, spices, and vegetables (if you’re using them) in a bowl.
03 - Unroll the crescent dough and lay the triangles flat. Add a scoop of the filling to the larger end of each one.
04 - Start at the wide side and roll each dough triangle up, pinching the edges to seal everything in.
05 - Place the rolls on a baking sheet, coat with the beaten egg, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes till golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - You can assemble them early and keep in the fridge before baking.
02 - Freezing unbaked rolls works great too.
03 - Switch up the cheeses to try fun new flavors.
