01 -
In a small bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
02 -
Add the ground chicken to a large bowl, then add the seasoned breadcrumb mixture and the egg. Use your hands to combine until evenly mixed.
03 -
Shape the meat mixture into meatballs, about 1-1.5 tablespoons each, yielding approximately 20 meatballs.
04 -
Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add half the meatballs and cook about one minute on each side until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a clean plate. Repeat with the remaining oil and meatballs.
05 -
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, 7-10 minutes. Drain in a colander.
06 -
In a medium sauce pot, heat the pasta sauce over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
07 -
Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the pot of heated pasta sauce and stir to coat. Heat for a few minutes if necessary.
08 -
Serve the cooked pasta topped with sauce and meatballs.
