Million Dollar Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups shredded chicken, already cooked.
02 - 1 cup of mayonnaise.
03 - 1 cup of sour cream.
04 - A single 10.75-ounce can of chicken soup (cream-based).
05 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
06 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
07 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
08 - 1 cup crushed buttery crackers.
09 - 1/2 cup butter, melted and unsalted.
10 - 1 tsp dried oregano.
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
12 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
13 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your liking.
14 - A handful of parsley, chopped, for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to preheat. Coat a 9x13 pan with grease or cooking spray.
02 - Stir together the chicken, all the cheeses, cream soup, sour cream, mayo, and spices in a big bowl until everything’s combined.
03 - Spoon the mix into the greased pan. Blend melted butter with crushed crackers and scatter it on top.
04 - Bake for 40 minutes, or until it’s bubbling and the top has a golden-brown look.
05 - Leave it to sit for a few minutes before sprinkling parsley over the top and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken works well here.
02 - Add cracker topping right before sticking it in the oven.
03 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
