Chicken BBQ Pan Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 diced chicken breasts
02 - 5 small/medium potatoes, chopped into cubes

→ Seasonings

03 - Olive oil to coat potatoes
04 - 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon each of paprika, ranch mix, and onion powder
06 - A dash of garlic powder for potatoes
07 - 2 tablespoons butter
08 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

→ Toppings

09 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, with extra for drizzling
10 - 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cut and peel potatoes into cubes. Mix with olive oil and your chosen spices.
02 - Put potatoes in air fryer at 400°F for 20-25 mins, giving them a shake now and then.
03 - Sauté diced chicken in a buttery pan with spices. Throw in garlic and mix with BBQ sauce.
04 - Toss your cooked potatoes into the chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top and broil until melty.
05 - Pour some extra BBQ sauce on top before you eat.

# Notes:

01 - You can melt the cheese by covering the pan instead of broiling
02 - Add spices to potatoes based on what you like
03 - Easy meal made in just one pan
