Matcha Chocolate Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg.
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
03 - 2 teaspoons powdered matcha.
04 - 1/2 cup maple syrup.
05 - 1 teaspoon leavening powder.
06 - 1 1/2 cups fast-cooking oats.
07 - 3/4 cup flour made from whole grains.
08 - 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil.
09 - 1/2 cup of dark chocolate bits.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the oven to 356°F. Grab a baking tray and line it. Toss your dry stuff together in a bowl.
02 - Stir together the coconut oil, syrup, and vanilla until thick. Whisk in the egg.
03 - Add the dry mix to the wet one. Toss in the chocolate and gently fold.
04 - Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes and settle.
05 - Drop some dough on the tray and press it down. Cook for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
