Put the beef, diced onion, and pepper in a big pan. Cook it all together until the meat isn’t pink anymore and the veggies soften up. Drain the grease when done.

Mix in the sloppy joe sauce. Stir everything around and let it warm up for a few minutes until it’s bubbling slightly.

Toss in the cooked pasta and mix it all up so the sauce covers everything.

Now, mix in about 1 to 1½ cups of cheddar cheese and keep stirring until it’s melted into the dish.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Heat it on low until the cheese melts. If you want to speed it up, you could cover the pan. Add some parsley on top if you like!
